Delivery

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Behind Barz uses tracked courier services. Once we receive your order we aim to have your completed belt to you within 6 – 8 weeks. For Europe deliverys DHL is used and anything outside the EU (Excluding the UK) FedEx is used. Please note this can vary.

Tracked delivery to your door

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking to your door. If you have any special instructions with regard to your delivery then please let us know at time of ordering.

What if you’re out when your order arrives?

If you’re out when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order or try and deliver it on a future date.

Returns and Refunds

At Behind Barz, we’re not happy unless you are, however because all belts are custom made to the wearer then we are unable to refund these once they have been made. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

What will your package look like?

All orders are sent in plain packaging such as a plain cardboard box or a plain couriers box so there’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the package or who the sender is.
